In more and more countries cars run on environmentally friendly bioethanol made from crops such as grain, sugar cane, wooden leftovers and biomass. These regenerating substances save our ending oil-ressources. Ethanol of the second generation meanwhile does no longer compete with food crops.

Bio-Ethanol as fuel is greenhouse neutral because it is part of the natural circulation. The carbondioxide that is caused by combustion has been removed formerly from the atmosphere by the growing crop. Regarding the whole process there is up to 80 % less greenhouse gases with E85 than with gasoline. Though there is still 15 % gasoline in the E85 we are not longer dependent to mineralic fuels.

With Beta-tek´s flexfuel technology you can drive and refuel gasoline or bioethanol in any mixture. We use the same lambda based technology that is used by car manufacturers working with signals from the cars oxygen sensor to calculate which mixture is in the tank of you car. You don´t have to care about anything. The flexfuel unit automatically „sniffs“ your cars emissions and calibrates the injection to the right setting. No switches or anything else for the driver to do.
